STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES

Oracle WMS Cloud Services Implementation and Training Services for subscribed clients and early monitoring of operation with WMS Oracle Cloud Services.

DISTRIBUTION

Analysis and recommendations for the integration of processes in distribution centers, secondary warehouses, sales outlets and the like, with the aim of achieving operational excellence.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

As of 2019, we have incorporated a new service called «Functional and Technical Support», this service tries to accompany the client beyond the start-up of OWMS, to support them in operational continuity, evaluate new functionalities released by Oracle every 6 months for OWMS.

PROGRAMMING

As of 2019, we have also added complementary code development services, (PlugIn), using the OWMS base APIs.

EVALUATION

Analysis and evaluation to incorporate automation and/or mobile equipment (Radio Frequency, Voice Picking, Pickt to Light, Sorters, etc.).
